Wood & Iron Standard Pricing Comparison Guide!

Written by Oak Pointe Team | Dec 10, 2020 3:13:29 PM

One of our most downloaded resources is our Modern Metal Made Easy Price Comparison Guide! We thought it was about time that we release a price comparison guide for Wood & Iron. Months in the making, we are excited to offer you this new sales tool!

We know that one of the most challenging questions that customers ask you is how will alternate stair designs affect my cost, and giving “ballpark estimates” can be risky. If you are familiar with our Edition 3.0 Catalog, you know that it would be next to impossible to show sample pricing for every single product or capability that we have. This Price Comparison Guide is a high-level look at pricing.

Viewing the Guide:

Like the Modern Metal Made Easy Price Comparison guide, pages include sets of 4 balustrade configurations. Each set of balustrade configurations in the Wood & Iron Comparison Guide show a typical staircase with three optional upgrades. We compare poplar, white oak, mahogany, and walnut wood species, but for our full line of wood species offerings, click here.

Document Details:

Total List Price: The pricing listed for each balustrade configuration is the Total List Price. To get your cost, multiply the Total List Price by your Multiplier. As with the rest of our product line, List Prices are formulated to provide the ability to discount the prices and still allow the desired gross margin.

Configuration Description: Total List Price is for a balustrade of a ten-rise stair with a four-foot balcony. Rake rail and balcony rail heights are figured at 36and 38respectively, with a rise of 7-1/2and a run of 10”.
