Keeping in line with Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s specific essential businesses are still open for operation during the COVID-19 emergency, Including:
- Construction Workers who support the construction, operation, inspection, and maintenance of construction sites and construction projects (including housing construction)
- Workers to ensure continuity of building functions, including local and state inspectors and administrative support of inspection services who are responsible for the inspection of elevators, escalators, lifts, buildings, plumbing and gas fitting, electrical work, and other safety-related professional work

Oak Pointe, LLC, will diligently monitor and abide by the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as other public health announcements concerning COVID-19. As this is an evolving situation, adjustments will be made as a new or revised guidance is provided by public health authorities. Our priority has been and will continue to be the safety of our employees, customers, and associates.
Like most, a few weeks ago, we implemented all of the suggested safety regulations and have transitioned some of our office staff to work from home.
